An Introduction from the author

So after some prodding from a couple people over at #Doublecross on Irc.Rizion.Net, I have decided to go ahead and start up a replay blog about my ongoing Double Cross game.

Double Cross, for those of you who don't know, is a Japanese Table Top RPG published in Japan by written by Shunsaku Yano, and published in Japan by the publishing company F.E.A.R.. The game was translated and published by Ver. Blue Amusement in north America.

The version of the game we got here in the states, is the third edition of the game, and the core rules book is actually the first two books of the game line published as one larger book.

Getting back to the point here as of the time this blog is posted, the campaign is 17 sessions in, and 13 scenarios long, a few of the scenarios ended up being split into two parts, due to the medium the game is being ran on, Roll20, or because of time constraints.

Unlike allot of the replays of the game that are put up, this won't be a novelization of the campaign, I really don't have the talent for it, instead it's mostly going to be posting my post session logs from the game, with some thoughts and musings from me looking back at the game itself. I also plan on ripping out the chat logs from the Roll 20 room, and after some editing to cut out the OOC stuff, will post those as well so you can see the actual dialog being said at the time without allot of OOC distractions.

That being said, enjoy the ride, and drop questions in the comments that you guys come up with as I try to put the campaign down to paper.
